Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years experience as a Practice Administrator in healthcare.
• Dermatology practice experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and CPT/ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple locations and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee billing, collections, and financial management.
• Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures.
• Recruitment, training and performance management of employees.
• Coordinate with providers and regional leaders to support patient care quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.
