Job summary

U.S. Dermatology Partners is seeking a seasoned Practice Administrator for Plano, TX. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, and multi-location coordination to ensure quality patient care and efficient clinic performance.

The position requires 5+ years in practice administration, with 3+ years in dermatology preferred. Responsibilities include leadership, policy implementation, revenue cycle oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years experience as a Practice Administrator in a healthcare setting.
• Three (3)+ years experience in a dermatology practice, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in implementing the organization’s business plans for the practice / clinic.
• Recommends, develops, implements improvements for the practice.
• Informs Regional Practice Managers about current trends, problems and medical activities to facilitate policy making.
• Establishes, secures approval and overseas clinic operating policies and procedures.
• Oversees and manages the billing and collection process within the practice / clinic.
• Ensures clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
