You will oversee patient experience, front/back office functions, payroll using NoahFace, and scheduling with EMA/ModMed EMR, Klara, and vendor portals; supervise staff and onboarding.

• Previous Front Office Lead or Practice Manager experience in a medical setting.
• Experience in dermatology or medical office preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Submit and audit payroll using NoahFace biometric timekeeping.
• Manage schedules, staffing ratios, and labor-law adherence.
• Lead onboarding and competency training (3, 7, 12 weeks).
• Maintain supply inventory via McKesson and vendor portals.
