Qualifications

• Experience in health or business management/leadership.
• Certificate in Medical Assistant preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a medical field, preferably dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinics.
• Assist with hiring and training of clinic staff.
• Ensure provider documentation and credentialing for health plans.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Prepare reports, bank batches, and attendance records.
• Lead lean initiatives (5S) and improve processes.
