The position emphasizes payroll oversight, staff training, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, using EMA/ModMed EMR, Klara, and LabCorp/Quest workflows to support efficient care

Qualifications

• Required leadership experience in a medical office setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with EMR systems (EMA/ModMed preferred).
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and patient flow.
• Submit and audit payroll using NoahFace biometric timekeeping system.
• Manage schedules, staffing ratios, and adherence to labor laws.
• Lead onboarding and competency programs (3, 7, 12 weeks).
• Maintain supply inventory and ordering via McKesson and vendor portals.
• Ensure front and back-office operations run smoothly and staff coverage as needed.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure patient communications across systems.
