Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling tasks, managing online leads, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, stocking supplies, and participating in training sessions. Flexible schedule with weekdays and Saturdays within operating hours.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Experience with EMR software and scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Prefer prior dermatology/medical environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks and online leads in a timely, professional manner.
• Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere to enhance service quality for patients and providers.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate next steps as needed.
• Perform inventory and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
