Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience is preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and scheduling systems is preferred.
• Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling tasks with professionalism.
• Create a positive phone and in-person experience for patients.
• Anticipate provider’s next steps and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Perform inventory and stocking duties as requested.
• Attend in-house training and ongoing education opportunities.
