Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Dermatology to provide exceptional front desk support at our Wheaton site. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records in the EPIC system.

The role emphasizes patient experience and efficient clinic operations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a medical office or clinical setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EPIC and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients and schedule appointments.
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate records.
• Answer phones and route inquiries; make outbound appointment calls.
• Verify insurance details and update patient demographics in the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
