St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge in Dermatology to advocate for patients and deliver a superior, patient-centric experience.

The role involves front-desk check-in/out, scheduling, real-time eligibility, and concierge support to enhance the overall visit flow. Key duties include maintaining patient communication, assisting with MyChart education, cash handling, and coordinating with Access Center to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference given to graduates of administrative training programs.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice interactions.
• Performs clerical duties: check-in/check-out, scheduling, pre-registration and real-time eligibility verification.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and assists with kiosk check-in.
• Supports opening/closing, mail, cash handling and faxes processing.
• Assists team by addressing in-basket messages and coordinating with Access Center.
• Facilitates connections to clinical staff for time-sensitive inquiries.
