QualDerm Partners is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to register patients accurately in our medical systems and verify insurance coverage. You will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, and staff while maintaining confidentiality and smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, 1 year of healthcare office customer service experience, and a courteous, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience in a health care office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Notes patient arrival in Practice Management System (EMR).
• Identifies patients by date of birth and name and creates new accounts as needed.
• Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to appointments.
• Schedules appointments and optimizes patient flow while addressing questions and concerns.
