Job summary

Derick Dermatology Pllc is seeking a full-time Office Support Specialist in Naperville, IL. The role provides general office support, handles patient check-in/out, collects co-pays, updates EMR, and answers scheduling calls.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and professional communication. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week, 6:45AM–7:15PM, and one Saturday per month, 6:45AM–12:30PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and polished communication are essential.
• Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor required.
• Must be able to remain seated for 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out accurately.
• Obtain complete clinical, demographic, and financial information.
• Enter data in the internal EMR system.
• Answer scheduling calls according to scripts.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
