Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of front desk experience in a medical office/clinic.
• Prior dermatology or cosmetic experience is preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of CPT, ICD-10 medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations: answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient paperwork before appointments.
• Review EMA for information updates and enter changes.
• Verify insurance eligibility and prior authorization.
• Record and collect patient copays and balances at check-in/out.
• Other duties as assigned.
