Pfizer is seeking a field-based Specialty Care Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will launch products, ensure patient access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and ability to engage customers across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech sales.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience engaging dermatology providers and navigating reimbursement.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory/account strategies to drive demand and hit sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clear clinical messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to plan calls and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
