Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value within assigned accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and the ability to operate across in-person and digital channels, in a field-based capacity

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Aligned healthcare provider experience in dermatology preferred.
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.

Aufgaben

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and support product launches.
