Job summary
Pfizer is seeking a field-based Specialty Care Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists and staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver value across assigned accounts.
The role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort with hybrid in-person and digital engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
- Experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation sectors is preferred
- Strong understanding of complex disease states and oncology-related tumor biology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within dermatology market
- Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office stakeholders
- Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
- Navigate formulary access and patient support resources to improve access
- Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and KAM teams to address customer needs
- Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy
