Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies with healthcare providers across assigned accounts. The role combines strategic, compliant engagement with dermatologists and APPs to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value.

The ideal candidate has strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s with 8+ years, or a HS diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Pharma, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing; aligned healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formularies, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches.
