Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant, physician-focused engagement. This field-based role partners with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to support access and deliver clinical value across accounts.

The ideal candidate has strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, expertise navigating reimbursement, and the ability to engage customers via in-person

Qualifications

• Education as stated: BA/BS or equivalent, or relevant experience with higher degrees.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive demand and sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
