Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales is seeking a field-based Specialty Care Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating reimbursement, with in-person and digital engagement across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience engaging healthcare providers and driving product adoption.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Medical, Reimbursement, KAM) to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
