Job summary

Pfizer seeks a field-based Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic, compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and ability to navigate reimbursement, with engagement across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or marketing preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience engaging dermatology or specialty accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and sales within a specialty dermatology market.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
