Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts.

Role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease knowledge, reimbursement navigation, and effective engagement across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience engaging healthcare providers and navigating reimbursement.
• Strong digital engagement capability with tools like Veeva Engage or Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform strategy.
