Job summary

Pfizer US Dermatology Health & Science Specialist is a field-based role responsible for driving adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. This role partners with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Success requires strong specialty selling, disease-state knowledge, and reimbursement navigation across in-person and digital

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required; alternative with years of experience accepted.
Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
Strong understanding of dermatology therapies and reimbursement pathways.

Responsibilities

Execute territory strategies to drive demand and sales within dermatology market.
Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
Deliver clinical messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
Navigate formulary access and patient support resources to improve access.
Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to meet needs.
Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
