Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a Field Access Manager to educate providers on coverage, prior authorization, and affordability. You will collaborate with internal teams to overcome payor barriers and improve patient access across a designated geography.

With 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, you will partner with dermatology and specialty distribution teams to optimize reimbursement and access, while ensuring compliance with laws and Incyte policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience with managed markets exposure.
• Experience with specialty and retail pharmacy distribution and payor policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, and access processes.
• Develop and implement local access strategy plans to meet KPI goals.
• Build relationships with HCPs and payors to resolve access issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to resolve barriers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
