Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, business or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management, patient access or managed markets experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals and medical exception requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs and health care systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitor patient cases through a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Apply knowledge of specialty pharmacy and retail Dermatology distribution to support access.
• Demonstrate knowledge of payor presence, coverage, and policies across geographies.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to ensure programs are compliant with regulations.
