• Educates HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, and funding options.
• Maintains relationships with HCPs and health care systems to resolve payor criteria.
• Monitors patient cases via navigator portal with consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and dermatology services to assist patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor policies and reimbursement across programs.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
