Job summary

UCB is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist for the Dermatology HS portfolio in Spokane, WA. You will drive demand, engage with clinical decision makers, and collaborate with the Patient Value Team to deliver patient-centered experiences.

Responsibilities include territory planning, data-driven call planning, and strategic use of resources to support dermatology products. The role emphasizes compliance with UCB policies, strong communication with HCPs, and expertise in the local payor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree BA/BS
• 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry
• Valid Driver License with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous three-year period
• Must reside within assigned geography
• 5 years of direct selling experience (preferred)
• Experience calling on Dermatologists in the assigned geography (preferred)
• Experience selling injectable biologics products (preferred)
• Proven track record in Pharmaceutical Sales (preferred)
• Biologic product launch experience (preferred)
• Deep understanding of managed care landscape (preferred)
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills (preferred)
• Strong collaboration and team-working skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Owning responsibility for attaining territory sales goals and objectives through territory planning and visiting clinical decision makers
• Analyzing territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan with HCPs and staff
• Maintaining an understanding of the competitive marketplace and prescriber decision drivers
• Conducting account-related activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing sales data
• Making strategic business decisions in management of resources like budgets and samples
• Coordinating and supporting promotional educational opportunities in line with UCB policy
