Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous three-year period.
Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

Attain territory sales goals through territory planning and visiting clinical decision makers.
Collaborate with Immunology Clinical Specialist and other UCB teams.
Analyze territory data to build and adapt call plans with HCPs and staff.
Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber drivers.
Conduct account profiling, call planning, and review sales data with stakeholders.
Manage resources such as budgets, samples, and access opportunities.
Coordinate promotional educational opportunities in line with UCB policy.
