Job summary

UCB is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist HS to join our Dermatology sales team in Grand Rapids, MI.

You will drive demand for the Dermatology portfolio, engage clinical decision makers and office staff, and partner with the UCB Patient Value Team to deliver value for patients.

The role requires a BA/BS and a track record in pharmaceutical sales; hybrid with 40% in the office; base salary range of $132,000 to $174,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of direct selling to healthcare professionals preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of dermatology marketplace and payor environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own territory sales goals through strategic planning and key stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with dermatology clinicians and office staff to drive product adoption.
• Analyze territory data to optimize call plans and clinical messaging.
• Collaborate with Immunology Clinical Specialist and Patient Value Team to align on strategy.
• Manage resources including samples and promotions in compliance with policy.
