Job summary

Pacific Dermatology Institute is seeking a strong Office Manager (second in command) to lead our Chino Hills clinics. You will oversee daily operations, staff training, and credentialing, ensuring compliance with CMS, CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA requirements.

This role travels up to 25% to multiple locations, supports the front/back office, and drives performance toward targets. The ideal candidate has health or business management leadership experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an accredited Medical

Qualifications

• Experience in health or business management/leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience in a medical/clinic setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic staff and ensures quality training.
• Assists with provider documentation and credentialing for health plans.
• Manages daily operations across assigned clinics and targets.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and medical records accuracy.
• Prepares financial logs, reports, and deposits weekly.
• Ensures Lean 5S standards and staff timekeeping accuracy.
