Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists seeks a Center Manager to run daily operations across a dermatology center, ensuring exceptional patient experience, strong volume, and disciplined costs. You will partner with clinicians to support high-quality care and robust financial performance.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be visible on the floor, use data to drive decisions, and coach staff to foster ownership and accountability while maintaining a 7-day schedule with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of medical practice or ambulatory clinic management experience.
• Financial acumen: experience managing to a budget or P&L.
• Revenue cycle knowledge with front end processes and payers.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient experience from scheduling through checkout; ensure visits are on time and organized.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, respond to concerns, and close feedback loops.
• Manage patient flow and cycle times to minimize wait times and keep schedules on time.
• Lead staffing, payroll, and center budget; supervise staff with a coaching approach.
