The Dermatology Specialists is seeking a Center Manager for our Queens location. This hands-on leadership role runs the day-to-day center operations, partnering with clinicians to meet financial and quality goals while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will supervise staffing, payroll, and vendor relationships, monitor metrics, and drive growth in a multi-site dermatology network. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of medical practice or ambulatory clinic management experience.
• Experience managing to a budget or P&L and using operating reports to drive decisions.
• Revenue cycle knowledge: working knowledge of front end revenue cycle and payer types.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to support a 7 day a week schedule.

Responsabilités

• Own the patient experience from scheduling through checkout, ensuring visits are on time and welcoming.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, online reviews, and complaints; respond promptly and close the loop.
• Manage patient flow and cycle time to reduce wait times and keep schedules on track.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional center reflecting the brand.
• Serve as the primary operations partner to center clinicians and liaison to support functions.
• Lead regular huddles and operating reviews with providers.
