Job summary

Mohs Surgery & Dermatology Center is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily dermatology clinical teams and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. You will coordinate staff, implement policies, and promote best practices across the care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare leadership role, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams, build trust, and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with common healthcare documentation systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Help develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor care delivery to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and workload distribution as needed.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring efforts.
• Address clinical concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to clinical operations and quality metrics.

Education

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Licensed Practical/Nurse (LPN)

Registered Nurse (RN)
