The Dermatology Specialists is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee 10–15 dermatology centers in a defined geographic area. You will own the P&L, drive operational efficiency, and partner with the Regional Medical Director to align clinical and operational priorities. Occasional travel to centers is required.

Lead center managers, coach staff, and execute growth and efficiency initiatives while ensuring top-tier patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience.
Strong financial, budgeting, and P&L oversight abilities.
Proven leadership with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Lead day-to-day operations of 10–15 centers in the area.
Own P&L, including staffing, expenses, and budgets targets.
Monitor KPIs and financial performance; drive improvements.
Coach center managers to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director on clinical and operational priorities.
Implement policies and protocols across all centers.
Identify revenue growth, cost reductions, and operations improvements.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain center leadership and staff.
Execute local marketing strategies to attract patients and referrals.
