Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists is seeking a Center Manager to run the daily operations of a dermatology center in Queens. You will partner with clinicians to ensure excellent patient experience, strong patient volume, and a stable, skilled team while controlling costs.

This hands-on leadership role requires visibility on the floor, data-driven decision making, and a culture of ownership and accountability. Flexible hours to support a 7-day schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of medical practice or ambulatory clinic management experience.
• Experience supervising clinical and front office staff.
• Financial acumen: budget or P&L management.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient experience from scheduling through checkout.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, respond to concerns, and close the loop.
• Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and keep provider schedules on time.
• Lead staffing, training, and payroll with a focus on engagement and retention.
• Oversee center P&L and operating budget including labor and supplies.
