Mohs Surgery is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day clinical teams and support high-quality, patient-centered dermatology care. You will coordinate staff, promote best practices, and ensure efficient workflows across the care environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards of care and service while advancing staff development and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in a clinical or healthcare leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Help develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor care delivery to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and workload distribution as needed.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance monitoring efforts.
• Address clinical concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to clinical operations and quality metrics.
