Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales in a quota-driven role, preferably in dermatology, medical devices, or aesthetic sales.
• Strong track record in territory growth, account development, and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue performance through strategic planning, consultative selling, and account management.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through relationship-based selling.
• Partner with practice owners and decision-makers to tailor portfolio solutions that drive ROI and growth.
• Analyze territory performance, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and set strategies.
• Drive demand through promotional programs, events, and training.
• Lead and coordinate HCP training and education events to drive product adoption.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy to support planning.
