Job summary

Galderma in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our full Aesthetic portfolio to healthcare providers and practices. You will own territory performance, manage accounts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic sales plans.

The role requires building long-term partnerships, delivering product expertise, and leading HCP training and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven role; dermatology or aesthetic sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret financial drivers and market trends.
• Experience engaging decision-makers at multiple levels, including physicians and office managers.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue through strategic planning and account management.
• Prospect and close new business with healthcare providers and practices.
• Partner with decision-makers to tailor portfolio solutions and drive ROI.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust sales strategies.
• Lead training events and education workshops for HCPs.
• Maintain CRM, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
