You will partner with practice owners and decision-makers to tailor portfolio solutions, analyze market trends, and implement marketing initiatives that boost product adoption and ROI. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-driven B2B sales; dermatology, medical devices, or aesthetic sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Strong business acumen; ability to interpret financial drivers and market trends.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and drive customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue through strategic business planning and quota attainment.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through consultative selling and relationship-based account management.
• Partner with practice owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders to tailor portfolio solutions that drive ROI.
• Analyze territory performance, competitive activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive demand generation through promotional programs, training events, and educational workshops.
• Lead and coordinate HCP training programs, staff in-services, and business development events.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
