Galderma is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager in Houston, TX to lead B2B sales across the Aesthetic brand portfolio with healthcare providers and aesthetic practices. You will manage territory performance, drive revenue growth, and build strong partnerships with providers and office staff to expand portfolio penetration.

The role requires traveling up to 80% and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales in a quota-driven role.
• Experience in dermatology or aesthetics is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue growth through strategic business planning and account management.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through consultative selling.
• Partner with practice owners and key stakeholders to tailor portfolio solutions.
