Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue for the Consumer Care unit by promoting skincare products to healthcare providers and office staff in the assigned territory. You will travel to meet customers, present products, and implement action plans to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Travel and a valid driver's license are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
• Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of sales success and strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio to Health Care Providers and office staff to generate product demand in the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, distribute samples, and attend meetings; some evenings/weekends may be required.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs such as customer satisfaction, coupon redemption, and POS metrics.
• Utilize sales tools and data analysis to identify trends and execute action plans.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, samples, and territory activities in the company system.
• Develop relationships with providers and staff within the geography; travel as needed.
