Job summary

Galderma in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Account Manager for Consumer skincare, promoting Cetaphil and related products to healthcare providers to grow demand in the assigned territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of outside B2B sales, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel. You will manage relationships, travel as needed, and contribute to revenue growth with a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of sales success.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand within the HCP office level.
• Face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distribute samples, attend meetings; some evenings/weekends; travel as needed.
• Meet or exceed goals for designated product portfolio and KPIs (HCP satisfaction, coupon redemption, POS).
• Record sales call notes and territory activities in the data reporting system; other duties as assigned.
• Manage resources such as budget, samples, and peer-to-peer programs to engage providers.
