Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking an Account Manager - Consumer to drive revenue for the Consumer Care unit by promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio (including Cetaphil) to health care providers and other office staff in the assigned territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of outside B2B sales experience; strong communication and relationship-building skills; and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university is required.
• Two (2) years of outside business to business sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance).
• Possess valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed is required.
• Strong business acumen including excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology, and familiar with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote consumer skincare products to health care providers and staff in assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, distribute samples, and attend meetings; some evenings/weekends.
• Meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs for product portfolio.
• Utilize sales tools and analysis to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Record notes and manage territory activities in the reporting system.
• Manage resources like budget and samples; engage providers.
• Develop relationships with providers within the geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
