Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager to support accounts in gaining access to biologic treatments across a defined geography in the US. This field-based role will educate accounts, navigate reimbursement challenges, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize the patient journey.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma with access/reimbursement experience; strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role.
• Proven experience launching new to market specialty products and resolving difficult access challenges.
• Understands utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Cross-functional experience and collaboration required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical/strategic thinking.
• Ability and confidence to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient and account experience in Field Access Management.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve access challenges for patients.
• Educate accounts on Galderma patient services and access programs.
• Support regional initiatives with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Adhere to complex compliance rules to protect patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Resolve field-based access issues as escalation point for Sales Managers in region.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to improve patient journey.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders like Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services.
