Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager to support accounts in gaining access to its biologic therapies in a field-based role across California. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to navigate reimbursement challenges and improve patient access.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma, dermatology or biologics, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Travel is required, and eligibility for the company’s benefits program is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription products.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Understands utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Cross-functional experience required with collaborative skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts in gaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatment.
• Educate and support accounts on patient services and reimbursement to solve issues.
• Execute strategic initiatives within geographic region with regional team.
• Adhere to complex compliance rules ensuring patient confidentiality and access.
• Resolve field-based access issues as escalation point for Sales Managers.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to enhance patient journey.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders like Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services.
• Act as subject matter expert to reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate dermatology customers on patient services through meetings and reviews.
