Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Field Access Manager to support access to biologic therapies in a field-based role across a defined geography in the US. You will educate accounts, troubleshoot access barriers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely patient access to dermatology treatments.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products preferred.
• Proven experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving difficult access challenges.
• Understands utilization management tools, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Account management experience preferred.
• Cross-functional experience required with proven collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills: articulate views succinctly to leadership and customers.
• Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills.
• Ability and confidence to work with urgency and adapt.

Responsabilités

• Key member in optimizing the experience for both the patient and the account.
• Identify, troubleshoot and assist with resolving access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate and support accounts by delivering information on patient services and access to solve reimbursement challenges.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the geographic region, assisting Regional Sales Manager and 5-7 Account Managers.
• Adhere to complex compliance rules to ensure patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Resolve field-based access issues as escalation point for Sales Managers in the region.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to enhance patient and practice experience.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services.
• Act as subject matter expert to reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate Dermatology customers on Galderma patient services through meetings and reviews.
