Galderma in Raleigh, NC seeks a Field Access Manager to support accounts in securing access to Galderma’s biologic treatments across the Southeast. This field-based role educates customers on patient support services and navigates complex reimbursement pathways to patient care.

You will partner with Sales, Market Access, and HUB services, manage regional initiatives, and help resolve access barriers while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance in every interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology/biologic experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role.
• Experience launching new-to-market specialty products.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and access programs.
• Support regional initiatives with Account Managers and Field Sales.
• Ensure compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and HUB partners.
