Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager to support accounts in gaining access to its biologic therapies. The role focuses on education, access assistance, and collaboration with US cross-functional teams to improve patient journeys in dermatology. Regular travel within the region is expected, reporting to the Field Access Director.

The role emphasizes compliance, escalation handling, and proactive problem solving to optimize patient and account experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in the pharmaceutical industry, dermatology and/or biologics preferred.
• Two-plus years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products preferred.
• Experience launching new-to-market specialty products and resolving access challenges.
• Strong understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Account management experience and cross-functional collaboration are valued.

Responsabilités

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Deliver information and education on patient support services and product access to solve complex reimbursement issues.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives within assigned geographic region alongside the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Adhere to complex compliance rules to protect patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Serve as escalation point for Sales Managers within the region to resolve field-based access issues.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services to enhance the patient journey.
• Act as subject matter expert to help customers reduce non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate Dermatology customers on Galderma services through meetings and educational programs.
