Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Field Access Manager, Southeast, to help accounts gain access to biologic treatments and support patients with reimbursement and access challenges. The role requires travel within the territory and close coordination with US cross-functional teams.

You will educate dermatology customers on Galderma patient services and work with Sales, Market Access, and HUB services to optimize patient access. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology or biologics preferred.
• 2+ years in reimbursement or access roles for prescription products.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and product access to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Support strategic initiatives within the geographic region alongside the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Ensure compliance and protect patient confidentiality in access processes.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services to improve patient experiences.
