Job summary

Leidos in Virginia is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a complex NASA IT services program, spanning data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager for the NASA AEGIS program and drive growth, service quality, and customer satisfaction in a large enterprise environment.

You will guide strategic planning, risk management, and governance, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and internal leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; effective under deadlines.
• At least 7 years of experience managing employees and subcontractors across multiple labor categories.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts including budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing contract growth and managing IT contracts with CRM focus.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Excellent briefing skills for Leidos and NASA senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership for alignment.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
• Translate NASA objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, outcomes.
• Provide leadership of Portfolio Managers for Collaboration Services & Specialized Services.
• Foster innovation, learning, and accountability; mentor leaders.
• Communicate expectations and demonstrate strong leadership behaviors.
• Support governance with transparency on status, schedules, risks, and decisions.
