Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a high-visibility IC contract in the Virginia/Maryland area. The Deputy PM will manage cost-plus deliverables, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure program performance in a complex, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience with 12+ years or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial data monitoring.
• PM certification (PMP) desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control administrative and technical requirements of the program.
• Support allocation and management of program resources, staffing, budgets, recruitment and training.
• Review ETC, BOEs, ECPs, funding and labor reporting as required by the contract.
• Review risk and mitigation activities and report status to the Government COTR.
• Prepare program status reviews and communicate issues and solutions to the Government COTR.
• Ensure compliance with contract regulatory requirements and cross-discipline integration.
