Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager onsite at Fort Meade, MD to lead delivery execution for Integration Services supporting mission-critical DISA operations.

You will drive cost, schedule, performance, and risk for a $62-million program, lead cross-functional teams, and help shape strategy and continuous delivery pipelines.

Requires a Secret clearance, 8 years experience, PMP preferred, and a proven track record delivering large federal/network programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant Federal/DoD program experience.
• 4+ years supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Active Secret clearance.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale Federal or DoD programs.
• Experience managing cost-reimbursable programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution across cost, schedule, performance, and risk for a $62-million program.
• Ensure delivery at mission pace.
• Lead integrated teams across Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of capabilities spanning global enterprise network systems.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environment with evolving requirements.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation to protect mission delivery.
